Although many of you will be eager to see results, don’t overtrain. Pro bodybuilders will train 5-6 times per week, but they wouldn’t have started with that kind of routine. When you rest, your muscles grow. Focus on 3 intense workouts per week, but also get plenty of sleep, drink water and eat whole foods. The best way to lose stomach fat is by training well but also eating whole foods too.
