What makes a good matte eye shadow?
My favorite eye shadow is about to run out and find a good replacement, cheap. I hate wearing bright, brilliant, brilliant, etc., eyeshadows. I have no patience for any liquid or gel base, I need an ordinary powder (loose or compact), in shades of brown or gray. Ideas?
I have a duo eyeshadow Rimmel pact that I love … is two shades of pink. One is actually a pale pink and the other is colored purple. It is very sad, sad at all, I am sure they other colors. In addition, they EyesLipsFace (ELF, for short). I have some as a gift a friend and I hated it. It was a mixture of 4 shades of white, gray, silver and black. The black man was horrible (which seemed to shit), gray and silver were highly pigmented and you've hit the one brush, the powder is squama everywhere, and white are not displayed on my skin.
